Outpatient Care​

• Outpatient services are provided Monday - Friday at our two Clearwater locations.
  
• Physician care is available for child, teenager, adult and geriatric patients.
• After hour coverage is available for established patients during non-business hours.
  

Laboratory Services​

• ​Efficient monitoring of warfarin/coumadin with office based INR testing.
  
• ​Treatments including Vitamin B12, Testosterone and others
  
• ​Additional testing available.
  
• ​As of 08/01/2021 phlebotomy services are no longer available at our locations.
  

Inpatient Care​

• ​Our physicians continue to provide care for our established adult patients at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, FL.​
• Including hospital admissions and consults. 
• ​Have your personal physician assist in managing and coordinating your inpatient care.
  

Rehab Center Care

• ​​We are currently not providing direct patient care at local rehab facilities
